Every client begins with a health and fitness questionnaire to assess:

✔️ Nutrition and eating habits

✔️ Sleep, stress, habits and routine

✔️ Current fitness routine

The first session (60–70 minutes) includes a fitness test to evaluate your starting point, so we can design a personalized program that evolves with you.

Training Options & Rates

You can train with Crystal at your preferred gym, your home, clubhouse, or at a gym in Orchard or online at your convenience. All sessions are 60 minutes.

– USD100/ HKD800 / SGD135 for 1 pax

– USD 130 / HKD1200 / SGD200 for 2 pax

– USD195 / HKD1500 / SGD255 for 3-4 pax
