We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible within 1-4 days.
Orders for HongKong will be delivered by SF EXPRESS.
Worldwide orders are taken care by couriers e.g FEDEX, DHL, USP.
At the moment when your order is ready to be send, you’ll get a notification by e-mail from us. This e-mail states that your order is dispatched to one of our shipping partners. Subsequently, you will receive a seperate e-mail including a track & trace code which you can use on the website of the parcel carriers (mentioned above) to see when your order will arrive!
If it happens that you’re not at home at the time the courier visits, a message will be left by the parcel carrier that they’re going to make a second attempt the next day. Do you want the package to be send to another location? You can contact the particular parcel carrier directly. If a mistake has been made in the address or if there are any other problems, our shipping partners or one of our employees will contact you to make sure your package will be delivered as soon as possible.
When the products are on stock, we strive to transfer the order to one of our shipping partners within 48 hours. You then can expect your order the next day. Orders outside of HongKong have different delivery times (5 to 14 working days). We will keep you posted if there is any deviation in delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal.
